How credits work

Kavel uses a single credit balance that works across every image and video model on the site — there is no separate image wallet and video wallet. The credit cost of a request is displayed before you run it, so a generation never costs more than the number you saw. A generation that fails is refunded automatically; the one exception is a generation blocked for breaking the content rules, where credits are not returned.

• 5 credits are in the wallet before an account exists — you can generate signed out.
• +20 credits are granted when you create an account.
• +100 credits a week from daily check-ins.
• That is up to 425 credits in a first month — about 85 images or 42 videos on the free engines.
• Free credits run on Kavel Image v1, Kavel Video v1 and the Nano Banana 2 Lite photo editor.

Credit packs (one-time)

Charges appear as “KAVEL AI” on a card statement. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription without contacting support; cancellation stops future charges immediately and the credits already granted for the paid period stay in the account.

Refunds

A first paid subscription can be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge, provided less than 10% of that billing period’s credits have been used. Outside that window, refunds and credit adjustments are considered case by case for billing errors and service faults. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the provider that processed the purchase and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Content and usage rules

Generations created on Kavel may be used commercially, subject to the Terms of Service. Prompts and outputs pass through automated safety filters, provider-side moderation and human review of flagged cases; content that breaks the acceptable-use rules can be blocked before it runs or removed afterwards, and credits spent on it are not refunded.
