This Refund Policy explains how Kavel handles refund requests for purchases, credits, and subscriptions.
Digital credits, generation usage, and subscriptions may be non-refundable for amounts already used or consumed. Whether a refund is possible depends on your purchase status, usage, and payment processing status.
We may consider a refund or credit adjustment for a duplicate charge, a clear payment error, or a major technical problem on our side that prevented you from using purchased credits or a plan.
Refunds may not be available for subjective dissatisfaction with a result, mistakes in prompt settings, credits that have already been consumed, or a change of mind after use.
To request a refund, contact support@kavel.ai with the email address used at purchase, your order details, and a description of the problem.
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take time to appear.
