Inventing a creature is the easy half. Nearly everyone who plays these games has a notebook page of them: a fire-moth thing, a jellyfish with a lantern, a fox with vines for tails. The half that stops people is rendering — clean lines, consistent shading, a pose that reads, a background that does not fight the design.
That is a drawing skill measured in years, and it is why most invented creatures never leave the notebook page they were born on.

No, and asking it to is not what this is for. The pass renders the design you bring — your silhouette, your markings, your colours. Feeding it someone else's copyrighted character to reproduce is outside the content policy, and the output would not be yours to use anyway.

Yes. Run the base form first, then use that result as the source and ask for the evolved stage: bigger, sharper, more elaborate, same palette and same core design cues. Doing it in sequence rather than all at once is what keeps the family resemblance.
Type icons and stat blocks are layout rather than art, and rendered text is where image models are least reliable. Generate the creature clean, then use the [trainer card maker](/image/pokemon-trainer-card-maker) for the framed version with fields on it.
Usually the source was ambiguous — a tail that reads as a leg, a marking that reads as a wing. Photograph the drawing flat with even light and name the key counts in the prompt, such as two tails and four legs, and it will hold them.
Check the terms for the current position on outputs before selling anything. An original creature you designed is a much cleaner starting point than a derivative one, but the specific question of commercial use is answered by the terms, not by us here.
