One caveat we would rather state than hide. Both PixVerse and Hailuo served us a localised page rather than an English one, and neither exposed a free video allowance without an account. Hailuo's row is limited to what its official payment policy actually says. The PixVerse allowance is the best figure reported in July 2026, flagged as reported rather than dressed up as verified. Every other row came off the vendor's own page on the date shown.
Why free AI video generators all stop at 720p
Read the table again. Almost every free video plan lands on the same three limits: 480–720p, 5–6 seconds, watermark. That is not copying. That is the cost of generating one video.
