What is an AI clothes swap?
The clothing is the only thing that changes. Instead of changing into ten things in front of a mirror, you upload a clear picture, describe the piece you want, and the model lifts off what you are wearing and dresses you in the new garment while keeping your face, hair, body, and background where they were — the same person, in the same pose, in a completely different outfit.

That is the whole point — the prompt on this page already asks for the same face, hair, pose and body, and changes the clothing only. If a result drifts, add that line and run it again — the estimate for the second pass is on screen before you commit.
A waist-up or full-body shot in even light beats a tight headshot, because the model can only dress the body it can see. A plain background and a clear view of your current clothes give it the most to work with.
